Inner Yearnings Require Outward Expression

“It’s never too late to be what you might have been.” George Eliot

Don’t leave this life with all of the precious music of your heart still inside you! You have been given a sense of passion that is unique. What is it that drives your personal feeling of inspiration from the inside out? What activities generate enthusiasm, spiritual pleasure, and undeniable bliss within you?

Pay attention to the purposeful inner yearnings that desire outward expression. Your life is meant to be embraced and lived as fully and completely as possible.

Recognize that you are worthy of taking the time for yourself that allows you to engage in the manifestation of your passions and dreams.

heart_music2It isn’t selfish to create focused periods of time when you truly feed your spirit and allow your creative drive a voice that finds meaning in your experiences. There are no set rules or ways to do this. It simply involves finding a sense of enthusiasm that is a result of demonstrating your awareness and acknowledgment of that which feeds your soul.

Let the music of your heart reveal itself to the world around you. Appreciate your unique gifts and talents and share them openly, freely, and with gratitude.

Relish in the joy of this natural expression and allow its beauty to impact not only your own life, but the lives of those you encounter.

Does Your Attitude Create More Peace or Chaos?

“You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.” Brian Tracy

joyTake a few moments today and ask yourself the following questions: What brings me joy? What disturbs my peace? You have a personal responsibility to make conscious decisions about the people, situations, and activities that you allow in your life.

You owe it to yourself to surround yourself with people that inspire and appreciate your unique abilities as well your unique quirks! You also owe it to yourself to take some private time and do things that feed and nourish your spirit.

When you take care of yourself, you have much more positive energy to offer your family, your friends, and your career. A little quiet time devoted to keeping yourself healthy will not only keep you balanced and happy, it will also benefit those around you. Your attitude determines the level of harmony in your environment and in your home.

Believe that you’re worthy of private, personal time, and embrace those moments with a light heart, knowing that you deserve the very best. Make today a joyful day for yourself. You deserve it!
